Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the AIppify platform (the “Platform”) operated by Piric Group doo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform
   1. Eligibility: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
   2. User Account: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security of your account.
   3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. This includes but is not limited to: violating any applicable laws or regulations, infringing upon intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent activities, or transmitting harmful or offensive content.
2. Intellectual Property
   1. Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Piric Group doo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
3. Limitation of Liability
   1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
   2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
   2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Bosnia & Herzegovina. The arbitration shall take place in Bosnia & Herzegovina, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
5. Changes to the Terms
   1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
